Also I've read that now for regional trains you have to specify if you travel by bike when you purchase the ticket. There's no supplement, I believe it's just to make sure that there's enough space for bikes.

The rural youth organisation of a very little village with about 630 inhabitants in northern frisia did it in 72 hours! Please share this information with people who have a heart for tourism like in scandinavia. Our regions should give people the possibility to see nature, cities and rural areas from new perspectives, while travelling by bike by foot, or with a canoe.
