My road bike at home has an issue with shifting, I don't know if the cable is bad (most likely), the shifter is broken or if it's something else.
The road bike I'm provided this week on tour has electronic shifting, which is intriguing since I go through shifter cables once or twice a year.
Q: What are the pros and cons of electronic shifting versus cable shifting? -
Has anyone ever done any cycling around Rivière du Loup?
Our planned trip to Ontario will probably involve a stop there. If there's a good day cycle in that area we might stay an extra night.
And any suggestions for bike friendly hotels there would also be welcome. Or #airbnb ?
