Certainly a sad thing to happen, reading about the collapse of what sounds like a brilliant cycle scheme.
We have the beginning of a cycle hire scheme, but only in the centre of town, and only seasonally! We also have a cycle delivery service, for local independent business in a 3 mile radius.
