My commute in South West London is utterly ducked. 25ish minutes to ride the 4km that I usually do in 10 minutes. Bus passengers stuck in there will be for hours.
My other half tried to go choir at 7.15pm last night and it was still solid back to back

Certainly a sad thing to happen, reading about the collapse of what sounds like a brilliant cycle scheme.
We have the beginning of a cycle hire scheme, but only in the centre of town, and only seasonally! We also have a cycle delivery service, for local independent business in a 3 mile radius.
We also have the same social media responses on 'green travel' cycling, and the council (Labour) #bikeisbest @modacitylife #dutchcycling

Curious on the data surrounding transport emissions and differing vehicle types over short journeys? The e-bike, it turns out, could be very, very good for the planet.

Car: door to parking deck, then walk half a mile while carrying my stuff to my office, 25 minutes

Not everyone can live 2 miles from work, but for those who do, it's hard to beat a #bicycle
