@EndCashBail @bikenite A2. I have an Insta360 camera. I haven't been using it as much any more since I don't lead the #BikeBus anymore. But I would use it with a selfie stick if moving slow enough, or I had a handlebar clamp if moving faster. The video from the selfie stick was nice in a way because it was easier to capture a scene of a lot of riders from a higher vantage point.
But it was less stable of course and so the handlebar mount was nice for more stable footage.
They generated a huge amount of video file that I haven't figured out what to do with yet. Often post-processing would be the slowest part of the process.

@elliek @bikenite A5 I do record video sometimes. I do it for all of the reasons. Sometimes it's because of a hairy situation where I might need to report a bike lane issue or traffic issue later or have it for evidence. Sometimes it's just because it's pretty out, or because my kid is doing something funny. Or we're riding our #BikeBus and I wanted to have video to share with the parents or other potential Bike Bus organizers.
Usually I don't have it running at all times.. takes up way too much data storage. No real special setup other than handheld sometimes with a selfie stick, or with a handlebar mount.

A global site for uploading videos of all the close passes we #cyclists #bikecommuters experience.
Might be useful to send to local governments when they get the inkling to paint a "bike lane" on a arterial road or remove a protected lane so less people can commute and more cars can idle.
If you are a cyclist who has to deal with drivers, get some cameras.
