I made it out to the old growth redwoods and late in the day I could even feel those big trees getting ever bigger! And there was even a rhododendron remaining along the Rhododendron Trail this late in the season.

The Hollyburn Fir is almost 1,100 years old.

This old-growth Douglas-fir giant measures 3 m in diameter and 44 m in height.
