Farewell, Sepultura...Heute Abend hatten wir die Gelegenheit, in Ludwigsburg auf einen Konzertabend zu gehen: Sepultura gehen nach 40 Jahren in die wohlverdiente Rente und touren zum Abschied 18 Monate um die Welt. Im Rahmen der European Farewell Tour hat es sie in die Weltstadt Ludwigsburg verschlagen. Begonnen hat der Abend pünktlich, wie es sich für Konzerte in der Schwabenmetropole gehört, um 18:20. Die recht frische Metalcorea Band Jesus Piece aus Philadelphia, Pennsylvania machten den Aufschlag, gefolgt von den wunderbaren Obituary. Im Anschluß heizte das ukrainische Djent Metalcore Trio Jinjer um Tatjana Shmailyuk phänomenal ein und bereitete damit der brasilianischen Metal Combo Sepultura um Andreas Kisser, Paulo Xisto Pinto Jr., Derrick Green und dem neuen Schlagzeuger Greyson Nekrutman die Bühne vor.
Was soll ich sagen, es gibt keinen Grund, schlechte Musik zu hören. Die angenehme Überraschung des Abends war für mich Obituary, die ich live noch nicht gesehen hatte...
