Trump administration steps into surrogate’s battle over baby with a heart defect biological parents asked her to abort

The Trump administration has waded into a surrogate‘s battle to save a baby with a heart defect who she refused to abort despite the biological parents’ wishes.

The Department of Health and Human Services’ Office for Civil Rights warned hospitals in Texas that the baby delivered by McKenna West must receive life-saving medical care, the New York Post reports.

West gave birth to the child she has called Baby Gabriel in Dallas on Wednesday in violation of a request by his biological parents, Nausheen Gilkar, 43, and Omar Ahmed, 45.

The couple had asked West to abort the baby after they learned he had hypoplastic left heart syndrome, a treatable heart condition.

Trump signs Executive Order to maximize parental choice over vaccinations for their children

DELIVERING GOLD STANDARD CHILDHOOD VACCINE RECOMMENDATIONS: Today, President Donald J. Trump signed an Executive Order to recognize Gold Standard Childhood Vaccine Recommendations that maximize parental choices over vaccinations for their children and align three categories of childhood immunizations with scientific evidence and best practices from peer, developed countries.

• The Order provides recommendations that give parents more information and options when making immunization decisions for their children.
  • The Order recommends all children get immunizations to provide protection for 11 diseases – a decrease from the 18 diseases recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in 2024. Immunizations no longer recommended for all children are now recommended for shared clinical decision-making, ensuring that parents have all options available to them. 
  • The Order recommends separating out the combined MMR vaccine into three single-disease shots and recommends administering all vaccines during separate medical visits to give parents more options regarding the timing and frequency of this vaccine administration.
  • States that enact school vaccine requirements are advised to consider the Gold Standard Childhood Vaccine Recommendations and consider updating their laws to reflect the recommendations.
  • All Federal agencies are advised to advance the Gold Standard Childhood Vaccine Recommendations based on their relevant authorities to ensure Americans have the best scientific information. 
• The Order maximizes parental choice over childhood vaccines by promoting State compliance with constitutional and Federal law related to parental authority, religious freedom, disability accommodations, and equal protection under the law, including States’ obligations to provide religious and medical exemptions from childhood and adolescent immunization requirement.
• The Order directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS), through the HHS Task Force on Safer Childhood Vaccines, to present plans to the President to improve vaccine research and options for American parents, including continuous evaluation of the risk and benefit profiles of all childhood vaccines based on U.S. and international data.

Looks like a good start.

When you consider the vaccine topic from a vague ‘national’ and ‘science’ POV, it can appear complex, leading to individual resignation or stubborn belief based on unthinking habituation. When you consider it from a state’s POV or a schoolboard’s, the absurdity of government coercing medical treatments for children is easier to see for what it is. The smaller the state or the dumber the schoolboard, the more obvious it becomes. USA local and state governments are filled with people entirely unqualified to rule on matters like this. When ‘national standards’ are blindly followed, anyone who can read and think understands relevant agencies have all been captured by Big Pharma and Big Money. ABN

A violent public murder is an act of terrorism and should be recognized as such. The Kirk murder was staged to cause fear and despair. A dead giveaway is the concerted, frantic attempt to convict Tyler Robinson before he has had a fair trial and answered the evidence against him. How often does that happen in the real world? If Charlie were your brother or friend wouldn’t you want to be certain the accused is guilty? The JFK assassination is still being covered up. This video is probably from the late 1990s to early 2000s. Gunderson spoke repeatedly on this topic and also on the Franklin Scandal, which was a glaring case of mass child sex abuse. I happen to have personal information on one of the Franklin perpetrators, and thus have always found Gunderson believable; what he states fits with what I know happened. Sadly, his speaking out did little to correct the problem or change anything for the better. We seem to be in a similar situation today on all fronts. Child abduction and abuse is worse than ever. All of our institutions have been infiltrated and taken over. Even a united, very loud voice from the public will have little effect on those in control. Damning New H1-B Data: Up to 90 Percent Fraudulent – Most H1-Bs Were Lower Level, Not High Skilled

A massive education fraud ring in India has been exposed for selling counterfeit university degrees that enabled unskilled workers to score well-paying, mid-level technical jobs in the United States by abusing the H-1B program.

“Investigators have seized nearly 100,000 fake degree certificates and forged academic documents linked to at least 28 universities across India,” according to the American Bazaar.

The scammers reportedly sold the fake degrees for as little as $1,400 to Indian nationals who used their sham credentials to secure jobs in medicine, engineering, and nursing.

The fake degrees featured counterfeit university seals, fabricated certificates, and forged school transcripts, the American Bazaar reported.

One institution allegedly issued more than 36,000 sham degrees.

The implications of this scam are sickening. Not only does the systemic fraud enable the mass replacement of American workers, but it endangers public safety by hiring unqualified workers to fill technical jobs.

MUST READ FOR ALL CANADIANS: Canada Awards $20 to $30 Billion Submarine Contract to German Company TKMS

FACT: It has been over 60-years since Canada purchased a submarine.  FACT: Canada has never built one.  FACT: Currently the Canadian military have ONE operable submarine out of a fleet of four used ones previously purchased. FACT: Canada recently proclaimed themselves as the North American defender of the Arctic.

Now, put all those facts in the overlay of the December 2024 meeting in Mar-a-Lago between President Trump and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.  President Trump was demanding that Trudeau increase their NATO spending and develop a working Canadian military.

Someone recently asked in the comments section why I have an issue with Canada, specifically why a new level of distain for our Northern neighbors.  Quite simply, there is a level of lying that exceeds my tongue bite capacity; that level of deceit comes when fabricating lies is accompanied by pretending. The Canadian government is the worst type of political abuser.  They willfully pretend and simultaneously lie to the Canadian people. That’s the answer.

Today, the government of Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney announce that German industrial shipbuilder TKMS will be awarded a contract for “up to 12 submarines” valued between $20 and $30 billion {source link}.  Now, let’s not pretend.

First, the submarine contract is intended to get Canada back into reasonable position on their NATO obligations.

In reality, it is quite remarkable to think about the Canadian nation with only one currently functional submarine. “Canada hasn’t purchased unused submarines since the 1960s, during the Cold War, and has never ordered anywhere near 12 at once. Canada currently owns four subs, all of which were purchased second-hand, and only one of which is typically operational.” {citation} Now, think about that Mar-a-Lago conversation again.

Second, Canada can’t build their own submarines?

Wait, I’ve been told my statements about the absence of Canadian industrial capacity were mistaken.  I’ve been told that Canada can produce heavy industrial equipment, and my statements about their heavy industry as functionally obsolescent were overstated.  I’ve been criticized for saying that Canada has deindustrialized their economy in the past 30+ years because they have worshipped the altar of “global warming” or “climate change.”

Those two points above are directly connected, and those are the exact points that President Trump was talking to Justin Trudeau about very strongly.

Trudeau said there was no possibility of correcting this industrial lack of ability, and the U.S would just have to accept Canada’s high-horse pontificating position.  That’s the core of the 51st state counterpoint.

[NOTE: You cannot have an industrial economy without the ability to create iron, steel, aluminum and various compounds of molten metal.  You cannot make metal with windmills, solar or nuclear energy.  You must generate massive amounts of heat. That heat is measured in joules because joules are the measurable unit for energy, and they provide a universal, precise way to quantify the energy transferred as heat.  Industrial manufacturing takes joules, which creates carbon emission in the process.]

Keep in mind, the USMCA (CUSMA) is going to get terminated.  As a consequence, it is easy to see the U.K and EU trying to provide the financial backstop to protect Canada (a commonwealth action).  What Carney is doing with this submarine contract is offshoring $30 billion CAD to Germany at current rates, so that Germany can (a) offset their own industrial economic implosion; and (b) position to return a financial favor in the near future.

GERMANY – […] As panic spreads among German manufacturers, layoffs are rolling through formerly prosperous towns and villages with no living memory of a downturn. The moment could become a political turning point for a country whose wealth was largely created by the Mittelstand, or “middle-class”—shorthand for the inner core of Europe’s largest economy.

Remember the “coalition of the willing” that Mark Carney injected himself into?  The U.K, Germany, France and now Canada.  They swim together or sink alone.

Oh, things are going to get really ugly.  We underestimate when we say, “there are trillions at stake.”

GERMANY – According to Reuters, Volkswagen’s supervisory board is expected to discuss a sweeping restructuring proposal at a July 9 meeting. People familiar with the matter say the plan could eliminate up to 100,000 jobs and close four factories in Germany, adding to roughly 50,000 workforce reductions already planned. If approved, it would become the largest restructuring in Volkswagen’s history and one of the biggest workforce overhauls the global auto industry has ever seen. (more)

Now, is the Mark Carney contract to Friedrich Merz making more sense?

Canada claims they are going to lead the protection of the Arctic and defend Greenland from horrible Trump’s entreaties.

Canada has one submarine, a carbon exchange system to block industrial production/capacity, and a functionally obsolescent military severely behind in meeting NATO obligations.

But President Trump’s expressed frustration and anger at their sanctimonious pontificating have hurt the feelings of Canadians, or something equally pretentious.

Think about it.

Unlawful detainment undone by well-informed citizen

This independent journalist shows up at a public office building with a legal freedom of information request. He finds himself surrounded by seven or eight cops asking him to leave for no reason.. he’s not broken any laws.. There’s a lot of back-and-forth here, and it may sound redundant, but he is brilliantly, politely, and assertively making his case.
He systematically disarmed all of them with his knowledge of the law. We all need to be more like this guy, and PS this has a very satisfying ending.

This is an interesting video. It’s a particularly well-done version of this genre, which most of us have seen before. It’s very good when citizens do stuff like this politely, forcefully, correctly and successfully. I hope the supervisor watches this video many times and learns deep lessons from it. Few citizens are strong enough or knowledgeable enough to pull this off while facing eight cops, so it’s great when someone does it and films all of it for everyone to see. ABN
