Have you ever had your vehicle or property damaged by #Biffa waste services who are contracted by local councils up and down the country to do waste collections?

I have. I witnessed my recently purchased EV being scraped by crew member pulling a bin around the front of it last Thursday. I gave an eye witness account and sent photographic evidence to be told by their insurance dept when I chased today that ‘their client denies liability’.

Please retoot if you’ve had bad experiences with Biffa.

I know that "what bin is it today" is an issue for many, but for me it is simple. We pay for a commercial bin collected every Monday. Simples, in theory!
Except I don't know about bank holidays.
On 26th and 27th Dec they did not, so bin was in the way on the drive for 2 days.
On 2nd they did, but I put out anyway, lucky guess.
Have had cases of assuming not, and missed collection.
They seem to have no rules or logic!
