Wenn Bi+ Themen in Politik, Forschung und Community kaum vorkommen oder gefördert werden, ist das kein Zufall. Es ist das Ergebnis von Strukturen, die Bi+ Lebensrealitäten ausblenden.Bi+ Unsichtbarkeit ist kein individuelles Problem, sondern ein strukturelles:
in der Geschichte, Wissenschaft, Politik, Medien und Gesellschaft werden Bi+ Perspektiven ignoriert, verzerrt oder geleugnet.Die Folgen sind gravierend: Bi+ Menschen haben ein höheres Risiko für psychische Belastungen, Isolation und Diskriminierung.
Wenn Berlin die größte Gruppe der queeren Community weiterhin übergeht, ist das kein Versehen – sondern Teil des Problems. Nur 1,3 % des LSBTI-Haushalts gehen an Bi+ Projekte, obwohl Bi+ Menschen rund 60 % der Community ausmachen.
➡️ Eine so geringe Förderung entzieht Bi+ Menschen Teilhabe und Daseinsfürsorge – und zementiert strukturelle Benachteiligung.

It is no coincidence that Bi+ issues are rarely addressed or promoted in politics, research, and the community. It is the result of structures that ignore Bi+ realities.Bi+ invisibility is not an individual problem, but a structural one:
in history, science, politics, media, and society, Bi+ perspectives are ignored, distorted, or denied.The consequences are serious: Bi+ people are at higher risk of mental health issues, isolation, and discrimination.
When Berlin continues to overlook the largest group in the queer community, it is not an accident—it is part of the problem. Only 1.3% of the LGBTI budget goes to Bi+ projects, even though Bi+ people make up around 60% of the community.
➡️ Such low funding deprives Bi+ people of participation and welfare—and cements structural inequality.
