Mourning the loss of #bibliogram, as I've been doing my best to collect alternative front-ends for a lot of privacy-disrespecting platforms.

Maybe one day there will be a big shift to the fediverse and all of the silos will be forgotten and left rusting, but for now I'd like to be able to access these silos without having to sell my digital soul to Zuckerberg or Musk.

The main #nitter instance has been a bit sad lately, either overheating itself, or being rate limited to oblivion. The good thing is it finally pushed me to spin up my own and while I was at it I also got a #ProxiTok and #bibliogram. I'll probably rarely use those two, but it's still nice to have them.

C'est l'une des raisons pour lesquelles j'hésite toujours à partager des liens de services intermédiaires (proxys).

Non seulement tu t'exposes a ce que le service principal modifie les règles d'accès a tout moment mais en plus du jour au lendemain tu peux te retrouver avec des dizaines de liens que t'as partagé qui ne fonctionnent plus...

Buondì, ho frequentato fin dalla loro nascita molti spazi di condivisione foto (Flickr, Instagram, Blipfoto, Photoblog, solo per citarne alcuni) e li conosco bene. Pix. è buono ma permettetemi una osservazione. Per non cadere nello schifo di Instagram, consiglierei di non condividere nel Feed Home materiale non legato alle foto personali. Trovo antipatico vedere immagini, vignette e altro che nulla ha a che fare con foto personali. Accettatelo come #feedback

#Deg Oggi vi racconto come mi sto trovando con le "#news" con gli #rss. Ho provato #CommaFeed carino la onestamente con la smartphone l'ho trovato scomodo e sono passato a #Feeder. Graficamente più bellino e user-friendly.

Für Youtube, Twitter, Instagram und Reddit gibt es übrigens privatsphärefreundliche Web-Frontends:

Hilft, um dem Tracking zu entgehen, braucht kein Javascript Gedöns und läd dadurch auch um einiges schneller.
Und jeder kann seine eigene Instanz betreiben.
