🎁 Another week, another pipeline release!

🚀 This week it's the latest version of @nf_core 's funcscan , assembled contigs and genomes for functional genes.

🥐 v3.0.0 French Chocolatine (in honour of @gau ), with major tool version upgrades for antiSMASH (for #BGC screening) and amrfinderplus (for #ARG screening), & version bump due to parameter deprecation

Went riding with the Big Bros yesterday Saturday. 😃🚲 There were 11 of us. Stopped at #BGC for photos at a promotional* fake apple tree. By the time we got to #Pasay there were 9 left. Then it was lunch at a very old restaurant in #Manila.

Rode over 46km. I think I overdid it. Should've bailed at #Taguig. 😁
