This report is is a useful introductory resource for people that start to doubt about green growth and might be open to think about a just energy transition.
Maybe this is the main target audience, because business-as-usual compatible green growth ideologies are still dominating the political discourse, also of mainstream green parties (e.g. in Germany).

The decision to avoid the word "degrowth" and use "beyond growth" instead, might be a concession to be more easy to digest for a wider public, but I can live with that.

The policy recommendations outlined in the report touch important areas, but but the ideas then need to be translated into more specific and achievable policy recommendations at the local/regional/national scale.
