Ajatuksen virtaa ja sosiaalismi-ulina ilman mitään pohjaosaamista osa: 12026

Vähän aikaa sitten tuli mielenkiintoinen väitöstutkimus nolla kasvusta. Tämä onkin tännekkin linkattu jo moneen kertaan ja liity ilolla joukkoon:

Tämä sai omatkin ajatukset pyörimään asian tiimoilla. Miten nolla kasvu voi olla mitenkään hyvästä? Sitten alkoi omat asiaan perehtymättömät aivot miettimään kasvua ja kuluja. Ehkä talouden kasvu ei ole tosiaankaan se mikä pelastaa meidän elintason.

Ehkä pitäisi puuttua kuluihin?

JA TAAS STOP! Ennen kun kukaan alkaa hakata näppäimistöä ja triggeröitymään ihan aiheestakin leikkaaja hallituksen toimista niin nyt puhun eri asiasta! Nimittäin kansalaisten kuluista.

Esimerkiksi energia, vesi ja jätehuolto...Miksi me maksetaan näistä? Entä jos nämä kansallistetaan ja tehdään kuluista fiksumpia?

Vaikkapa energia:

Otetaan suuri energiaremontti kansalliseksi infra projektiksi. Kansallistettu energian tuotanto ei tarvitse toimia voitolla. Hyvä jos jäisi kehitys ja parannus kassaan rahaa mutta tiukempana aikana voi mennä vaikka miinukselle. Rahoitus hoituisi kansallisella tasolla budjettina. Kun poistetaan keplottelu osakkeen arvoilla ja tuoton tavoittelut niin saadaan laitettua energialle vain se hinta mikä sen tuottoon menee. Sitten poistetaan henkilö/perhe tasolla kaikki energiamaksut. Toki joillakin järkevillä rajoilla jotta suurkulutus edelleen maksaisi laskunsa. Verotus ja suurkulutusmaksut kattaisivat kustannukset.

Mitäpä tällainen tekisikään kotitalouksien käytössä olevalle varallisuudelle? Mihin sinä yht äkkiä voisitkin laittaa sähkölaskusi summan? Talous ja energiasektori jopa pienenisi kun valtio lukitsisi toimialan itselleen pois julkisilta markkinoilta. Energian tarve pienenisi kun se otetaan käyttöön järkevästi ja kasvaisi vain kun sille olisi oikea tarve. Jos joku haluaa rakenta datakeskuksen niin me voitaisiin pistää sen energialle mojova lasku rahoittamaan infraa.

Tämähän on aika perus sosialismi/kommunismi ihannetta. Otin nyt vain tuon yhden esimerkin kun en muutakaan näin nopeaan keksinyt. Näissä vassarihöpinä ajatuksissa kasvu ei ole se tärkeä tekijä vaan hyvinvointi. Ei tuossa minunkaan esimerkissäni ole mitään uutta tai kekseliästä. En ole itsekkään kovinkaan uusi tai innovoiva. On vain erittäin positiivista että julkisessa keskustelussa alkaa kuulua nämä unohdetut ideat nolla kasvusta ja “radikaaleista ratkaisuista” melkein joka elämän alalla.

Ehkä meillä on vieläkin vain kummittelemassa kommunismis pelko kaikessa mikä liittyy talouden vaihtoehtoihin. Todellisuudessahan mitään kommunismia ei ole ikinä ollut olemassakaan. Kaikki kommunistiset valtiot ovat aina jonkun tyypin plutokratioita. Hyvä että alamme olla jo niin kypsyneitä tähän kapitalistiseen helvettiin että alamme taas löytää vaihtoehtoja.

Saatan nyt olla ihan hakoteillä koko nollakasvun käsitteestä. Silti jotenkin loksahti ajatukset kivasti sosialismin kuvioihin tuota lukiessa ja ajatukset lähti lentoon paremman maailman, parempien tapojen ja paremman yhteiskunnan saralta.

Paremman, ei välttämättä isomman.
