So what are these four lawsuits where judges ruled that #Trump can't do that and now the #DOJ is saying "Yes, he can, you stupid, stupid, judges?"

Her order is very long—she not only reinstates the true board members but also boots DOGE's imposter board members & nullifies all of the illegal actions they took during their illegitimate takeover of the Institute of Peace.

Jennifer Rubin at The Contrarian explains how Judge Beryl Howell (DC Circuit) threw the book at the Trump regime in her summary judgment overturning the EO against the law firm Perkins Coie.

Rubin also chides the media for failing to point out consistently that EO’s are NOT laws and that most of Trump’s weird pronouncements will turn out to be just so much hot air.

Judge #BerylHowell's statement came through her dismissal of a case against two violent #Jan6 *rioters*, Nicholas DeCarlo & Nicholas Ochs, who admitted to throwing smoke bombs at officers trying to protect the Capitol building.

Howell refused to dismiss the case "with prejudice," as requested by the US atty for DC, which would leave open the possibility the prosecution could one day be resumed, though their statutes of limitations will run out by the end of this admin.
