When #Beryl was approaching #Jamaica as a #Cat4, they were predicting it would fall to a #TropicalStorm by the time it reached the Gulf.I laughed.
Then they updated that to a "minimal Cat1."
I laughed again.
Now they're are concerned it could be a Cat2 or even Cat3 by the time it hits #Texas.
I assure you. it will be at least a minimal Cat2 by the time it hits just SouthWest of #Houston.
