I've stopped bringing my phone into the bedroom, and I've restricted it to fediverse apps. I don't want to block myself entirely from the ability to scroll a bit, but I do kinda want the not-as-tasty sugar-free "healthy" alternatives where I'm more likely to put it down again after a while, rather than keep scrolling forever.

Sorry, but I as an avid #Brompton rider found that review hilarious and anything but negative.
