To end the old year with good memories, we walked the 4th stage of the #Blütenweg (blossom trail) from #Weinheim to #Schriesheim. Weather was lovely (a bit too warm, but sunny).
The Blütenweg is a lovely hike from Darmstadt to Leimen (Heidelberg) (especially in spring). More informations:
