Blegh, #berberine capsule tastes bitter. Only a moment, though. I’d also forgotten it would be bright yellow. Already doing some energy droop and shakiness, let’s see how soon that passes cos that’s the sugar response and it’s meant to help with it, so maybe it needs a few days to adjust. Or not, idk.
