Speaking to a older Maltese neighbour today who was more angry about the whole world knowing about the current scandal of the latest Benefit fraud racket that has engulfed the country than the actual scams themselves...stating "under the table deals to have always been a norm."

So to summarise - Some people think that *checks notes* corruption is OK as long as nobody knows that it is going on...
