Hmm, checked over on the #disinformation network (ie the #birdsite) and there's massive disinformation panic over stocking up on benadryl (because NO ONE READS ANYTHING there and they are all conspiracy theorists) -- FDA pulling phenylephrine (which does not work), NOT #benadryl.

Four hours into my day, and no #panic attacks yet! Sounds pretty normal, but #December is a hard time for me every year. A lot of kids' stuff to run around with, #family to see, #presents and #decorations to buy or set up, and we had 1 #funeral to attend. Needless to say my #tinnitus went bonkers due to #stress. But I had a pretty good night's sleep last night (thanks #Benadryl). And the sun came out around here finally. Glad to be here today.
