The other day I met two cats (1st pic) on my way home. One was very timid, the other rather bold and clearly used to being petted by strangers.
I could not get close to the timid one; but the other cat walked over (2nd pic) and demanded belly rubs (3rd and 4th pic).
The two seemed familiar to each other, but clearly had different personalities.
It was nice to feel the multi-layered fur of the bold cat though 😻

My dog on Friday shortly after I mentioned on daily standup that I was stressed and hitting my required hours early last week. I swear she understands English.
She got some belly rubs which I assume is what she was after. Hard telling.
I also left early despite having testing to do. I've been testing for 2 teams, multiple products and having to work in training a newbie on top of that.

She readily flops onto her back for belly rubs. Likewise she gets up and pushes her head into my hand for scritches. She eagerly walks over when I show her the brush.
