    Well. I finished my #BellsPalsy meds about the same time my #knee & #back pain returned.

    A coincidence? Do #steroids stop #joint & #arthritic #pain?

    I know that my Dr said they weakened my #immunesystem, so I guess they might be why I still have #Covid.

    #Dinner tonight? Comfort food for my better half - anything with barley or #PotatoGems.
    So it’s a weird stew of pork sausages, tomatoes, carrots, peas, gems & barley.

    My half of the bowl will definitely include some #WorcestershireSauce

    Well… #Dinner last night. Neither of us ate.

    I woke not long ago with a stomach ache though. A good burp seems to have fixed that.

    The last of my #Paxlovid #nirmatrelvir #ritonavir has been taken.

    My Dr is now on holiday, so I guess I just wait & see what happens with my #Covid.

    Still have a few days of #BellsPalsy meds left. My lips have been very active the last few days, doing their #MexicanWave at random times.

    More rain inbound. I’ll feed the #alpacas & #sheep before it arrives.

    I finally got to sleep around 4am this morning after taking my #BellsPalsy #steroids meds late yesterday post seeing the doctor & getting the prescription. (The constant pain behind my ear - a Palsy symptom - didn’t help either)

    I woke at 6am this morning, then took 2 more!

    Hopefully taking them much earlier will let me get some sleep tonight.

    #Lambs & #alpacas have been fed. 2°Celsius out there at the moment!

    I’m off to my appointment with the Dr to get a #fluShot & talk to about my recurring #BellsPalsy symptoms. ☹️

    This week I have had 2 solid days of the behind the ear “earache” plus my lips doing the Mexican wave. Sigh.

    My #BellsPalsy scare yesterday afternoon came almost 8 years to the day from when I came down with it. Huh!

    I got home as fast as possible - took some nerve meds & slept until about 9pm.

    I had a late “#dinner” of 2 tomatoes & then noticed that my large #GoalZero #powerstation had died sometime during the day.

    It’s main duty was running my bedside fridge/freezer, the fan when it’s hot & charging my tech devices.

    I switched the fridge to a smaller power station & fell asleep again. *sigh*
