I am trying a new Belgian beer tonight. I bought it without knowing anything about it. This one is called Mirakel, brewed by De Ranke. Turns out it is a #Gueuze beer and a bit sour.
There is so much variety among Belgian beers and I have yet to have a bad one. What a country!

Happy New Year, friends.
For those of a cycling-persuasion, you will probably appreciate more that I’m starting with a beer that requires my two favourite bike tools. A #Campagnolo corkscrew and a #ParkTool bottle opener. The Lindemans beer has both a cap and a cork.
