I just requested to delete my #adobe account.
I wasn't really using it. It was mostly for a small portfolio on #behance (which is owned by adobe), and I obviously don't use Creative Cloud.
Over 3 years, that portfolio only led to one client, interestingly enough, from Russia.
I do a lot of graphic design for my work as an #ecommerce seller (designs for t-shirt, mugs, hoodies, etc.)
But I'm thinking about hosting my own portfolio instead of relying on other platforms. -
I just requested to delete my #adobe account.

I was taking time to finally update my Behance portfolio yesterday and unexpectedly had one of my projects removed for “spam” which was quite upsetting. I filled out an appeal. This was one of my favorite projects I’ve worked on recently so it was a huge bummer for it to just get labeled that way and a strike against my Behance account.
I got another email about 4am this morning and it looks like they granted my appeal. I’m glad, I hope this doesn’t happen again😭😭

My #digitalpainting "#forestpeople" was part about an #artistic #reflection about how aliens might describe #mankind on earth to those aliens who never ever saw humans. Would it be positive or negative? Or even far away from our #expectations? I fear there is a tendency to negativity, but it might at least be due to uncareful observations by too superficial aliens. Buenas gente. #Pedido para la #comunidad de #mastodon en general.
¿Alguien conoce o ha escuchado hablar de alguna instancia federada que esté centrada en la difusión de material artístico y/o de diseño gráfico?
Ando buscando un lugar donde ver si puedo de una vez por todas crear un #portfolio de mis trabajos y lo cierto es que quiero alejarme un poco de cosas cómo #instagram, #X / #twitter, o incluso #behance que pertenece a #adobe, ni hablemos de #google . Hoy en día poco me gustan las maneras en las que las empresas están manejando las cosas entonces estoy buscando alternativas.
En su momento estuve probando #pixelfed pero me parece que por sus características prefiero dejarlo como un lugar más para lo personal que para lo #profesional
Así que bueno, por favor si alguien sabe algo diganme así sea un poquito que con eso ya seguramente logro orientarme mejor en el tema :)

Bedeuten die zusätzlichen Funktionen der kostenpflichtigen Pro-Variante (12,72 € pro Monat – ob brutto oder netto habe ich nicht gefunden) einen sinnvollen Mehrwert für euch?Ich selbst habe bei Behance einen weitestgehend brachliegenden Account und wusste zum Beispiel gar nicht, dass ich über Behance auch Sachen verkaufen könnte.
