Yards is only a relatively short walk away from the house where Edgar Allan Poe lived for six years, with his teenage cousin-wife, Virginia, and her mother. (We’ve all been there).
Poe, of course, in channeled through automatic writing (one of my fave things) in #Austria’s absolute banger of a song, ‘Who The Hell Is Edgar’ - can’t wait for the Grand Final tomorrow!

This hoodie disappeared over 2 years ago, stolen by our household poltergeist, ‘Captain Tybbles.’ I have been politely asking the good captain to return it, please, to no avail, for that entire time.
Lo and behold, I had to go into my 17 yo’s room for something yesterday, and it seems that Cpt Tybbles finally decided to return my hoodie there; I found it practically crawling, like some sort of MR James #crumpledlinen, out of a box in said bedroom...
