  1. Portland’s #MigrationBrewing released its #beer release calendar for 2026, as it gets ready to celebrate its 16th anniversary this year. The company has ambitious plans to release over 100 beers this year; the posted calendar barely scratches the surface (though most will be small batch, draft-only beers).

  2. Oregon’s #PublicCoastBrewing released a new limited-edition pastry stout this month, inspired by the fluffernutter sandwich (that’s peanut butter and marshmallow) — Fluff N’ Good Stout. It’s brewed with peanut butter and freeze-dried marshmallows and is 9% alcohol by volume.

  4. Oregon Homegrown is a new #beer collaboration project put together by #CelebrateOregonBeer. Two dozen breweries collaborated with nine hop farms, Indie Hops, and Wyeast Laboratories to craft a variety of beers featuring Strata hops. The beers will be available at a series of tap takeovers around the state, the first of which starts this Memorial Day weekend in Portland.

The latest #beer in the collaborative Farm to Market beer series from #ZupansMarkets has the Portland grocery chain teaming up with #BreaksideBrewery to release a modern take on a West Coast #IPA. 6. It’s official: 2024 was the “hardest year for #Oregon #CraftBrewers,” based on a press release from the Oregon Beverage Alliance. I don’t know if this applies for the past 40 or so years, but according to the lede in the release, more breweries, brewpubs, and taprooms closed than opened last year, for the first time since 2000.

  7. #TerranautBeer, Bend’s newest brewing company, launched this summer with the release of several beers at locations around town, before opening its taproom earlier this month. It was launched by former 10 Barrel brewer Bryon Pyka, along with his partners Peter Brantley and Katie Dunbar. Here's a first look at the beers and the new taproom.
