Entweder leide ich heute unter einer echt fiesen Heuschnupfen-Attacke oder mich hat doch noch eine blöde Erkältung erwischt 🤧.
Nase zu, dicker Kopf, Druck auf den Ohren, müüüde ohne Ende...
Mal sehen, ob die Heuschnupfen-Tablette heute Abend noch wirkt.

Sonst ist morgen #BedRotting angesagt.

#Bedrotting update

Following the last year of spending most of my time in bed, this morning my better half, Ray, needed to get help to go up to the high daybed that is the roof of his den.

It is flush to the windows, he can look outside, etc, but I have been so focused on fixing lingering things: my torso's twist, a almost always low grade sciatica that was exasperated by a broken chair (hence the beginning of the proud bedrotting) and the biggie (the voice,) that my that I usually just help him up and get back in bed

I'm definitely on the mend, cause I was ready to swivel the flatscreen on its lazy Susan and watch from the other side of the apartment

So Ray propelled me to a new level today
