  1. New video posted on The Panicked Diaries Channel!

Kind of a silly topic I suppose, but a lot of us bedridden/bedbound folks have plushies to keep us company.

I go over different collections, and which ones I think are the best!

  2. I did a quick product review of some facial cleansing pads that I had purchased by Desert Essence.

Trying to maintain personal hygiene while bedridden w/o in-person support, is a challenge.

Facial wipes help to keep part of my body clean.

  3. " #Thaksin -- a #convict who was #bedridden for 6 months -- seems to be in rude health; there are no traces whatsoever to suggest that, about 3 weeks ago, he was declared to be a gravely #sickman who could hardly help himself .. He was seen briskly walking unaided under the scorching sun .. defeated is the #justice system that has become a #farce in the eyes of average people .. He needs to walk away gracefully while there are people who still love & admire him" #Thailand

  4. @MarkMaguire @kevinteljeur @SarahDelahunty @lucyweirphd I am still on Twitter because more #pwME & #pwFM & #pwLC and #disabilities in general are over there. I have been connecting slowly with folk here, but, with one or two wonderful exceptions, there is almost no interaction here. I am #housebound & #bedridden: SM is my only social-life, or help-point. Unless matters deteriorate drastically it is unlikely that many #disabled groups will move elsewhere.

  5. May interest #bedridden &/or #housebound, “A hot bath has benefits similar to exercise” (link below) per #LoughboroughUniversity, who “showed changes to the inflammatory response similar to that following exercise. The #AntiInflammatory response to #exercise is important as it helps to protect us against infection and illness… This suggests that repeated passive heating may contribute to reducing chronic inflammation.”
