Happy Thursday.
It's rather blustery across #YnysMôn today.We went to #Beaumaris past night for a meal, which was a nice treat.
The castle was looking resplendent too.
We are going to the #eternalshame of #SuePerkins at #VenueCymru in #Llandudno later on.

I have been with the #druids in #Beaumaris tonight, celebrating the #MariLwyd as she reaches the tumult of her reign as the boney queen of winter that hungers and thirsts after all forms of life.
She snaps and gnaws at the joyful energies and life - giving nourishment that sustains us throughout the long dark winter, before the first blossoms carpet the ground as the strengthening sun returns.
She'll sleep after old new year.

We've had the most amazing Indian meal this evening at Sarisa #Indian Kitchen in #Beaumaris, on #YnysMôn.
.@druid had a wonderful vegetable biriani, and I had this glorious looking Murgi Massala, complete with a fiery hot Naga chill placed like a flame red lily ontop of a hard boiled egg.
It was truly fabulous and very tasty. 😊
Highly recommended.

The morning was bright &sunny on #YnysMôn. A balmy 10°C too.Me and the @druid ventured down to #Beaumaris, where the traditional #HotPennies (chocolate nowadays due to H&S) we being thrown to a large crowd from the balcony of the Bulkley Hotel.
The castle looked amazing today, too.
Finally, we went to #Moelfre to look for #hagstones, of which there are normally quite a few.
Now, we are deciding whether to have a #takeaway or a fridge #picnic for our tea tonight.

We've braved the sideways mizzle and headed to #Beaumaris today, just as the clouds parted.
A dinky little place, swarming with unhappy teenagers and exhausted parents. Don't you just love the summer holidays. 😄
Anyway, we had a nice wander about and found a few little gorgeous things to adorn H and H towers.
The gulls were merrily dive bombing the children as they hoped to lure poor crabs from the sea bottom by the pier.
We also found a great hidden garden and some cool things to buy.
