The sim package suggests both using the app and using the website to activate the SIM.
I, being a #BearOfLittleBrain, tried that #HotMess of a an app.
Eventually, after odours and unpleasantness, the app directed me to the website anyway.And then I was told, "Don't call us, we'll call you - for 10 days."
It's like the #Borg have been subsumed into a Trumpist-RWNJ-QAnon White House adminstration and humans are treated badly and systems are askew.
