Mid voyage....
Beautiful weather - 22°C and 8 km/h winds. Did a quick 2.5 km loop at a leisurely average of 5.7 km/h. Calmest day on the water so far in my short kayak career (started in July and have been out 5 times). -

We're headed to the community beach for some kayaking. Granddaughter just finished a canoe camp last week so she's ready. She is accompanied today by our youngest daughter, the favourite Aunt Katie. My role today is mule (pulling the 2nd kayak), photographer and shore support.

We're at Innisfil Beach Park and it's surprisingly empty. Temperature is 26°C with a moderate wind. Maybe all the parents are #BackToSchool shopping.
Our granddaughter is with us this week so we're trying to hit as many beaches as possible. Tomorrow we are taking her to the floating water park at Centennial Beach in Barrie.
