Później dołożycie coś na progu i jesteście gotowi na start w zawodach od 5km do półmaratonu 💪🏻👍🏻😁 Ja zaczynałem w tym sezonie od 4:55 i 8km a teraz dwa razy w tygodniu biegam już po 4:40 i 14 km #BC2 😅 #bieganie
