You have the right to consult with an attorney before answering any questions or signing any documents.
If you have valid U.S. immigration documents, carry them with you. Never carry false documents or lie about your immigration status.
No law enforcement officer can enter your home without your permission unless that officer has a warrant signed by a judge. An administrative warrant from the Department of Homeland Security does not give officers the right to enter your home against your will. -

Bay Resistance urgent alert: #ICE has sent messages to many migrant families in immigration court proceedings to report tomorrow Saturday, at an ICE office in #SF, or face an “infraction.” Weekend reporting is unheard of. This can only mean one thing: mass arrests. Attorneys and accompaniment teams are helping those who decide to report. but we the people can show up en masse to stand up for immigrant families.

UPDATE: WE SUCCESSFULLY SHUT DOWN SF AND CONCORD IMMIGRATION COURTS!
Thank you to those who were able to turn out! If ICE comes to the courts again, or anywhere else in the Bay, we'll be ready to mobilize.
