  2. The only remaining flyable Spitfire used by the British Royal Air Force to fight Nazis during WW2, P7350, still flying today. 85 years later, there are people in America and elsewhere who believe, apparently, the Nazis weren’t the friggen bad guys. That’s some scary shit.

    This is so sad, hugely significant and such a massive loss. We owe them so much, and I hope future generations never forget it.

As well as being used as a trainer for Spitfire and Hurricane pilots in the Battle of Britain, these aircraft were sometimes issued to RAF fighter squadrons to use as liaison machines.
