Long Fist is a northern Chinese #KungFu. In #BattleAngel, #Alita used both #WingChung and #LongFist forms (#kata). I have been very surprised to see so many Iranians doing so well in #Chinese Kung Fu these days. Long Fist is not just a powerful #martialart. It is also very beautiful and focuses of the aerodynamics of the human body.

Chang Kuen is a northern style Kung Fu while Wing Chun is a southern style Kung Fu. The large arm and leg movements are from Chang Kuen. The chain punch is from Wing Chun. I don't do much chain punch cause the punches are weak and are only useful in very short range combats. I prefer to move sideways using my footwork.
