Lost a bar of battery health
Was already a bit worn when we got it with 2 bars already missing
So its 3 out of 12
When we are stable we are planning to swap the battery with a battery from a newer model which will give it around 208 mi range

Well that’s kind of dissapointing. The Mac Classic board now chimes and boots! Was hoping for more work. Really just a handfull of broken traces and vias. First the board was unhappy with /RESET stuck low but it turned out the sound chip, which strangely enough also handles reset, was not getting power due to a bad via. Now even the real time clock is ticking, after I gave it a new crystal (the old one turned to dust). #vintagemac #retrocomputing #batterydamage

Removed the green encrustation from the #isa slot, but the pins are left without their coating, so bare copper is left exposed.
It's a pity there is no easy way to extract the pins. I would re-tin them otherwise and reuse this slot.
