I got a Titley-Scientific Anabat Express, which, contrary to expectations, seems to work after a bit of cleaning.
Now, in advance (it has not recorded anything yet), the question:
Is there software under Linux to analyse the ZC files stored on SD (zero crossing)?I would like to avoid running AnalookW/Insight with #wine or similar.

Mir ist ein Titley-Scientific Anabat Express zugelaufen, der wider Erwarten nach ein bisschen Saubermachen zu funktionieren scheint.
Jetzt stellt sich mir vorab (er hat noch nichts aufgezeichnet) die Frage:

Showed my #batdetector bat visualizer to the BAFF (Bonner Arbeitskreis für Federmausschutz). They mentioned it might be of interest to have a stereo signal. Here we go, now looking into software .

Earlier this year I was so stoked to find bats flying around in my neighborhood at twilight and even right out my front yard. And then recently I found this cheap bat detector kit and I’m doubly stoked. It’s ultrasonic!
It took me several nights to get the frequency dialed in and tonight I finally got a good lock, and I’m even more stoked that I managed to capture it in a halfway decent video! 🦇 -
