I’m in two orchestras on bassoon (Telemann and Lully), in three chambermusic groups as a singer (Händel, Schütz and Campra), choir (madrigals) and a dance class where we’re learning a gavotte. Oh, and of course voice and bassoon lessons. Days consist of running around and forgetting my stuff if various classrooms. I’m exhausted and having a blast!

I’m going to a baroque music summer course in July, mostly to sing but also to play baroque bassoon. Got assigned to two orchestras, one is playing parts from Lully’s Atus, the other a Telemann ouverture suite. Exactly what I like! Getting used to baroque bassoon again after playing modern for all of April & May. Ordered a couple new reeds in a slight panic. Summer course preparations just as usual. :D
