But they didn't discuss that he delayed the order because he had been receiving threats & waited for proper security for him & his family.#BarbMcQuade talks about law enforcement's reluctance to investigate & prosecute threats in her book. How do push for action?

@eleeper I've been listening to legal experts on #MSNBC about this. #GlennKirschner has been very clear that #Trump needs to be jailed. Others are now coming around to this view.

Trump lawyer #JohnLauro was on TV tonight supposedly blowing the case. But as #BarbMcQuade said this he is playing a different game.
His said on CBS News yesterday Trump has a “smoking gun of innocence.”
It sounded like he was quoting John Eastman, co-conspirator.
Lauro is pushing their BS defense so it can be injected into the mainstream media. It worked.
When you deal with Trump it's not just about winning a legal case. You have to defeat him in the media, social media & politically. -
I was thinking about how #Trump has never been charged with #WitnessTampering. Experts give various reasons why, I don't know which is correct. But we are seeing that the failure to charge him means it continues.
Last July #BarbMcquade explained to #Maddow the statute & that it's a crime, even if it's done publicly & doesn't seem to work.
The ATTEMPT itself is a completed crime.
#RogerStone was convicted of it, but #pardoned by #TFG.We need to demand charges for this crime.
