I wish that the #Barbie movie was more size-inclusive for men :-/ There were at least two plus-sized Barbies and one Barbie in a wheelchair but all the Kens were, if not obviously sporting abs, svelte and muscular. Not one man of size was part of #BarbieLand.

我不认同「《芭比》是一部只关乎顺性别异性恋的电影」这种说法。

#barbieland 没有queerness不代表影片没有queerness。电影刻意没讲、以及没能讲的东西，和讲的东西一样重要，就像呼气之于吸气。
且不说ken的形象在大众认知中就带着男同暗示，因为他是女孩玩的男娃娃所以被视作娘娘腔/深柜男同的代表（相比G.I.Joe这种男孩子玩的玩偶），流行文化中就此衍生的梗无数，电影中ken的很多造型和镜头都非常典同；被排除在barbieland之外的crazy barbie从背景设定到角色造型都充满queer元素；更不用说影片中大量使用的LGBT演员，比如《#性爱自修室》里的男同小情侣被打包拉来（还都是有台词的角色）；桃总的出柜弟弟是几位核心ken之一；以及Ken从现实世界带回父权制糟粕后，沙滩场景从完全去性化的孩子斗嘴变成了致敬「影史上最gay的镜头」《壮志凌云》沙滩排球戏；甚至barbie反攻时，被安排「带上眼镜坐在ken身边让他发现你的美」的Dr.barbie就是跨性别演员。

芭比进入现实世界、找到Sasha之后，被Sasha骂了个狗血淋头——Sasha直接管芭比叫「法西斯」
这除了是当下woke小屁孩的口头禅之外，也是对#barbieland 最精准的描述——
在那个看似「完美无瑕」的粉色世界，没有任何酷儿元素、没有任何身心多元群体，每一位芭比和肯无论种族、体型，都永远健康阳光、活力充沛，以至于芭比一提到「死亡」都会震惊全场。
影片中唯一出现酷儿元素是在芭比和肯进入到现实世界以后；而只有在barbieland和现实世界的边界被打破之后，小朋友们才开始有了各种精神状态不良的芭比（好喜欢那个depressed barbie 哈哈）
这和没有水的淋浴、不吞咽的早餐、没有引擎的车子等等元素一起，提醒着观众barbieland是一场人工捏造的幻梦、一种处心积虑的景观。
如果这还不够直接的话，开篇芭比之母的旁白则是讥讽地赞叹到——
「Thanks to Barbie, all problems of feminism and equal rights have been solved.」
