    Great final day of strength-training at my favourite gym after doing a group #YEGBike ride on a super-hot morning. A lot of the lifting is feeling easy now, with weights that I think will be a stretch for me. So, I guess all of this is working! I especially love the #barbell exercises.

    Workout Tonight:

    * Overhead Press: 5x8 @ 150lbs (68kg).
    * Push Press: 4x6 . @ 160lbs (73kg)
    * Close grip bench/barbell rows: supersetted 1x12, 1x11, 1x10 @ 165lbs (75kg).

    Overhead press was tough. I failed the last rep of the last set, which I guess should've been predictable given last week was a real grinder. Push presses were also tough to get. Decided to opt into a bit more bench/row work to switch it up. That felt good!
