A footy friend who sews up vestments for extra scratch has talked me into attending Sunday’s matchup of #ThornsFCvSanDiegoWave. She’s coming up from Eugene for the game and some work and suggested joining her for the match.
She can handoff my finished jacket and I’ll get to show it off immediately! It’s been mostly safety pins as I struggled to finish it after my hands began to have problems. I also used to work on it at games, but don’t go often after 2020 for a few reasons. I usually catch one a year these days, when this friend is in town.
She knows we both have a lot of stressful stuff going on and we agreed that some cathartic screaming with several hundred friends would lift our mutual spirits.

I am a capo for both #baonpdx #rctid and love #woso #growthegame . I am excited to see Canada's Women's league kickoff, <3 the W league in Aus, and generally am in it for the amazing community and moments of spectacular athleticism. Power hungry abusers and enablers need to be REMOVED from, coaching, front office management and ownership AT ALL LEVELS OF SOCCER.
