All the congressional "GOP" wants, is to reestablish the precedent, that a "Republican majority" gained by voter suppression, disenfranchisement, gerrymandering & other methods of electoral fraud, can extort concessions from a Democratic President.
(Dems should always keep that in mind, when the legislative/executive configuration may change again!)
