@diebayern Both #FCBayernMünchen and #ManCity are still normalizing #dictatorship by providing their circuses in #Hongkong, in search of some profit of course.
The territory was treaty-promised local self-rule (by the UK and the Chinese dictatorship) but the #CCP took over total control after the 2019 pro-democracy protests. Now Hong Kong is merely CCP's #bankingcolony.
Like in mainland China, the people are struggling but the PRC *exports*, also via HKG, are up massively...
Last year the EU had a deficit of *one billion euros per day* (!) with the Chinese dictatorship which spends the money on massive military buildup (and the #CCP isn't building its armadas just to rust!). And those democratic deficits are getting even worse by the day.
Continuing to perform these Potemkin shows when the population has been ruthlessly silenced is simply obscene.
