#Temasek is in the bad press recently & this interview seems to add to tt. Their head of #sustainability suggests financing "unbankable or marginally bankable" #infrastructure projects w blended finance: "We hope to see more MDBs, concessionary & philanthropic capital providers come forward to provide first-loss capital to fund critical development needs" - wishful thinking! The challenge is to make these projects bankable thru market-tested risk sharing. #PF #bankability
