(2019 - Viki 40 0:35 eps)A special FX makeup artist has been in a secret relationship with a top actor for 7 years. With no progress in the relationship, she decides to break up & then meets a robot programmed to be a perfect boyfriend. Can a robot develop human emotions?
I couldn't help but compare this to "Are You Human Too?" where Seo Kang Joon did an amazing job portraying subtle differences between human & robot. Here, I really never believed that Yeo Jin Goo was a robot. The male leads did deliver on the emotions, but the female leads felt flat. The supporting characters were well-played.
The first half is cute & funny at times, but the last half never delivered.
