TuneTuesday's theme (thanks to @Kitty and @derthomas ) is Bangers and Filler: Your least favourite track on your favourite album. A really hard one for me, at least in part because my "favourite album" changes probably every five minutes.
That said, I'll go with Meadowlands, off of Jefferson Airplane's Volunteers. Nothing against the track itself, a fascinating instrumental rendition of Polyushko-polye, but it's on album of songs that are hard to beat. :akko_wink: It feels like it's really there to be a transition from A Song For All Seasons to the finale Volunteers, and it does a good job at that, but it's my last choice of track to listen to by itself off the album.

Least favorite song from a favorite album. It's probably "Jane Doe" from the Converge album of the same name. An all-time album and the song itself isn't bad, it's just way too long.

For #TuneTuesday #BangersAndFiller - your least favorite track on your favorite album - I'm tempted to name albums - "If You're Feeling Sinister," "Exile in Guyville," "What's Going On," "The Shape of Punk to Come" - that have no filler. But that's not fair play, so instead, here's one with a single song I could do without:

This week's #TuneTuesday from @Kitty has a prompt of #BangersAndFiller courtesy of @derthomas. The idea being that you list your least favorite song off your favorite album.
The problem? I never know what my favorite album is!
So, I'll go with one of my favorite #Dreamcatcher albums. I love their first full length album "Dystopia: The Tree of Language." However, the song "Jazz Bar" always felt out of place on the album to me. It never clicked with me the way every other track on the album did.

Your least favorite track on your favorite music album. I have a lot of favorite albums, not just one... but the one that absolutely stands out to me is Drunken Tiger "The Legend Of...".
The entire album is a banger until the final track, "거울". It just didn't mesh with anything, and kills the vibe after the track, "Is Ask Hizay?" before it.

For #tunetuesday, @Kitty and @derthomas have called for #BangersAndFiller; essentially, our least favourite track on an album we love.
What first comes to mind is the outro, "Through the Ages", on #BoltThrower's "The IVth Crusade". The album boasts a line-up of stellar tracks, but this monotonous litany of dates set against uninspiring background music just drains the energy for me. Even the last atmospherically strong minute can't make up for it.

I *think* Better Nature by Silversun Pickups is my favourite album, and my least favourite song on it is The Wild Kind.
It's not bad by any means, but not on the transcendental level of most of the other songs, and it feels a bit tacked-on - the album could naturally end on the penultimate track (Ragamuffin) IMO.

According to my last.fm listening statistics my favorite album is "All our Gods Have Abandoned Us" by Architects.
There is not a single song I consider a filler. But since I have to select one, I'll go with "Phantom Fear". But it doesn't feel right. 😉

Bjork - Pluto
I do not have one fave but Homogenic has got to be top 5. But I skip this song nearly every time when it gets to the 45 seconds of raw screaming over tense, minimalist music - which I respect but also find really stressful.
It of course pays off at the end as it is balanced with All Is Full Of Love, the last and most mellow track on he album.

Fav album, such a difficult task! I had to use last.fm to come to a personal agreement on which is my fav album is and the decision was Eluveitie's "Slania" which is an album with no fillers if you ask me!
So I will share the only song of the album I do not know by heart:

"Your least favourite track on your favourite music album"After some thought, it's 'Walking After You' from Foo Fighters absolutely phenomenal The Colour & The Shape.
It comes after Everlong, which is comfortably one of the best songs ever recorded, so how could a quiet, contemplative number such as that possibly stand up to scrutiny. Which is unfair, of course. It is a lovely thing, but it's not Everlong.
Nothing else is though.
