I've fully quantified just how cursed this arbor is. the hole in the back was drilled at a slight angle, this is the hole that slips onto the motor shaft, so the arbor has a wobble.
The threaded hole that accepts a bolt & washer to hold the wheel on is straight, but drilled in the center of the bottom of the angled hole, so it's offset.
I did a small test wheel attempting to counteract for these shenanigans, and it mostly worked.
I'm gonna try it on a full size print next. We'll see what it looks like in the morning!

While “it works”, I’m going to have this either machined or printed out of a more suitable material, because running this for any length of time to actually do work seems like A Bad Idea™️

I'm excited to have borrowed a small bench top bandsaw, this saves me from buying one, and forces me to find a project to do to make the borrowing worth while.
I've been using a bench top jig saw for this type of work mostly, I'm eager to see how nice it is to be able to resaw with a bandsaw. Not sure this will really serve that purpose, but I'm sure it will be handy.
First task, to build or find a small stand for it.

Put the band saw on wheels today. No more scooting it around like it's a square barrel and it can stay out of the way against the wall. Almost 5 inches taller but that's a good thing for me.
Cheap 2-inch locking casters rated at 150 lbs each. $10 for 4 of them and the quality is actually pretty good. Sealed skate bearings and directional lock too.
