- I made my first How Things Work At The Ohio Statehouse presentation at today’s Medina County Indivisible meeting. It went great!
- I went to my cousin Margie’s wedding celebration and saw many of my family members, some for the first time in years.
- I watched Bands Of America Grand National Championships, bringing the 2025 marching arts season to an end.

2025 Marching Band Season
The final marching arts season of 2025 is about to begin. With the start of September and the end of the North American drum corps season, it's time for the marching bands to shine. I have a couple announcing gigs this season, but most of my calendar is one of the few times where I get to be a pure spectator and fan. Throwback Thursday – November 14, 2024
With Bands of America Grand Nationals taking place this week, I’m looking back to the last time I attended Grand Nationals in 2018. That season, Carmel High School won with not just the band, but also a Valkyrie AND their orchestra appearing during the final moments of their show for one more glorious Wagnarian chord.
