Came back from a walk, put my chair/cooler bag down. Then! Oh oh, the zip was slightly open. This place, if you do not watch your food every SECOND, best lock it up. If these guys and the Vervet Monkeys arrive at the same time, it can get hectic!

I leave my pot outside and these guys clean it for me. I see that some people are horrified, say the normal kak about rabies carriers etc. Done it my whole life, never been sick from it.

Banded Mongoose.
Although they can be a pest around the house, these little guys are very alert and good for watching out for snakes. I have had some highly venomous snakes come in my garden. Also pics of them when we get to the Snake file😋
